Your Angels Are Guiding You, Listen!
When it comes to our day to day lives we all make choices. Sometimes the choices we make appear to be made under the duress of another person. When we are being pushed, it feels like we have no choice. I am here to tell you that you always have a choice! It is the consequence of not going along with the other person that we do not wish to face. But we always have a choice! We can choose to do what does not feel right, or we can face what ever it is we fear and remain true to that inner guidance.
When we find ourselves faced with such a dilemma, it’s best to do nothing. It is best to step back and allow ourselves time to feel. Yes feel! We must feel what is in our hearts and in our spiritual centers. If we remain in the brain where confusion is, we will most likely choose the choice that is not in our best interests.
We must remove ourselves from the situation and look openly and objectively at what is happening. In doing so we are able to see all aspects of the circumstances around the event, allowing us to see the consequences of what we are about to do more clearly. The mind with all of its chatter only causes confusion; which can only be cleared when we stop going over and over the details of the event. By over analyzing and focusing on our fear we only achieve what we do not want.
Our mind is painting us a picture that is 100 times worse than the reality of what ever it is. Some times it is not another person forcing us to choose; sometimes it is an event that is happening. I will give you an example: Your back is up against a wall. Your pet cat is sick and you need to take it to the vet. You have no money. Instead of asking someone for help, you steal from your employer. You justify your actions because your cat’s life is more important than the stealing. You most likely won’t get caught anyway, right? But you do get caught. Now not only do not have the money to take your cat to the vet, but now you’ve lost your job and have a petty theft charge against you. If you had backed up and looked at what your heart and your gut was telling you, most likely you would not have stolen the money. You would have gone to a friend or your boss, explained the situation and asked them for help. Some one is always there to help when you have faith.
The only way to really see clearly is to remove ourselves from the situation and look through our heart and our spiritual center. If you can just get quiet for a little while, stop thinking about it, allow your inner-guides to guide you; you will be able to make better choices. Choices that are for your highest good and the highest good of those around you.
Sometimes the consequences of doing that, means we must face our choices from past events. You see, it is our past choices that created our current situation. Over and over again the same type of things happen. We don’t want them to happen. As a matter of fact we most likely are so focused on keeping them from showing up, that we bring them into our presence without even knowing it. We do not know why they are occurring over and over again, because we are not seeing the connection to past choices we’ve made. But to face those consequences now instead of later means we will be able to move past what ever it is. What we do not want to happen, will stop happening.
I am discussing Karma here. What we put out there must return to us at some point. Once we face it, it will go away and we will be able to move past it. It stops showing up in our lives and we feel much better about ourselves because we have grown.
Find within yourself the power to make choices that will allow you to grow beyond circumstances. It is a choice and it is yours to make for your life your health.
